What is your return policy?

 No returns or exchanges, but I will gladly fix any issues that you might have as far as the wig construction goes. Shipping back to me would be at your cost.

What comes with the custom wig service?

This includes hand sewn construction on a wefted dome cap (22" cork mannequin head), bleaching the knots, plucking.

Do you provide hair or color services?

Not at the moment, but I will eventually. 

Who supplies the hair for custom wigs?

For custom wigs, once you place your order I will email you an address. Please send your hair there. I will eventually add an option for if you would like me to purchase the hair myself.

How long does it take to receive the wig?

 For pre made wigs that I already have on hand please allow 1-2 business days processing + 1-3 shipping via USPS.
